Refund and Replacement Policy
We prioritize your satisfaction. While we do not accept returns for change of mind, we provide a free replacement for any products that arrive with a clear manufacturing defect.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. We require that any manufacturing defects be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us at 1.sanadigi@gmail.com with a photo or video clearly showing the defect.
Examples of manufacturing defects include, but are not limited to:

The device fails to power on or function upon arrival.

The projection image is blurred, distorted, or has permanent spots.

The device’s built-in lights or internal speakers are non-functional.

Visible structural damage caused during shipping (e.g., cracked casing).
Note: Damages resulting from misuse, such as water damage, drops, or improper handling after the item has been received, are not covered under this policy.
Refunds In cases where a replacement is not possible, and a refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at 1.sanadigi@gmail.com.
